How we get you in the room
We build a target list together. You name priority companies & roles; we add high-value matches from our network. We handle outreach, NDAs where needed, and set private briefings so you can meet the people who matter.
Custom agenda — not the tourist loop
No recycled lineup. Your agenda is built from scratch around your industry, stage, and goals. Expect 2–3 tailored sessions per day (presentations, office visits, whiteboards, Q&A) with time held for follow-ups and debriefs.
What you leave with
Leaders aligned on priorities, a clear set of next moves, and warm introductions for partnerships and ongoing collaboration. If your objectives aren’t covered, we facilitate follow-ups until they are.

Initial Planning
Everything begins with your Access Plan. In one short session, we map your goals, identify the executives and companies you want to meet, and check them against our insider network.
You’ll receive a concrete plan showing who you can realistically meet, how a custom immersion would be structured, estimated timing, and cost.

The Tour Experience
With your Access Plan approved, we take care of everything. Your immersion is fully customized around your industry and goals, with 2–3 high-value sessions per day. Every moment is designed to maximize access, no wasted time, no missed opportunities
Expect private boardroom briefings, office visits, hands-on workshops, and networking dinners with innovators you can’t access elsewhere.
Our team manages the entire schedule so you can focus on the experience — not logistics. We handle outreach, NDAs, travel coordination (optional), & in-the-room facilitation. Every moment is planned so your executives get maximum value without wasted time. All you need to do is arrive — we’ll take care of the rest.

Post-visit Debrief
Once your immersion is complete, we don’t just leave you with a notebook of ideas. We bring your leadership team together for a structured debrief. In this session, we map out what you learned, what surprised you, and which opportunities matter most.
Our facilitators help translate Silicon Valley insights into practical next moves for your business. You’ll receive a written report summarizing key takeaways, aligned priorities, and recommended follow-up actions. If introductions need to continue after your visit, we’ll facilitate them until your objectives are achieved.
